RTS / TBS / Anyone playing Hearthstone?

Hey guys,

I recently found out about the game 'Hearthstone' (been away from the gaming scene for a long while). Is anyone playing this game in Sri Lanka? I saw a competition running, but don't know how big the scene is.

Would like to know how hard it is to get in to playing this game. Do you really need to invest real money to play to get somewhere in this game? Or can you get the same cards, if you play more?

Very little dota playing hours, still hasn't hit lvl 13. played only 10 games on limited mode. wouldn't mind playing with players who'd tolerate a newbie.

EDIT: I have hit lvl 13 now

brilliant, thanks for that information 10 of spades . in digital extreme do they play DOTA, HoN mostly? Seems like Venus is the best place for CS as of now.

Hi guys,

Need some info, I'm very much outdated of the gaming scenario, I'd like to know a good functioning cyber cafe most preferably with players playing CS around the above mentioned areas.

I'd like to drop by after 5 for a game of CS (preferably) or COD4, I don't mind any FPS game, DOTA is also cool, but i aint good at it.

please let me know a good gaming cafe around dehiwala, wellawatta, bamba or kolpitty.

Annual or not It was a great LAN party as usual, had a lot of fun. Sadly many people didn't show up cuz of the weather, but all in all it was great. But I believe that the best LAN party was L4.

It is quite normal to expect delays and PC problems. But I thought that having organized SLCG many times before that U might have allocated some small number of extra PCs just to accommodate these kind of situations.

What you guys have done wrong is to assume that you have 30 working PCs and made the schedule for that. It's sad to see that many things have gone wrong and some things are outta your hands, like the power problems. oh well, just take a lesson from this and make sure u don't repeat it in the next.

Nice to see Sri Lanka's gaming scene going forward....
