Try using a pre-paid credit card. I used newegg to buy my computer. I used my fathers US credit card. They call the bank before they authorize the purchase. So inform them. BTW grate service and packaging.
There is a Counter-Strike 1.6 Beta available to all existing Counter-Strike owners . To opt into the Beta, run steam://install/150. The focus of this beta is on the dedicated server component, in particular the Linux piece. Here are the specific changes:

Guys steam is only good for valve games. I only buy valve games through Steam. All other games i allways buy a Box set. Which comes with a shiny DVD plus a booklet and a cool glossy rectangular Color box for the SAME price
Only f***ing problem is that this god forsaken land doesn't have anywhere to buy the boxset
