@OP, Would you care to explain why these so called "high wattage" power supplies need 10A circuit breakers?
All the power supplies mentioned here range from 500-600W (none of which I would refer to as high wattage).
A 600W PSU will only consume ~2.73A at full load when running from a standard 220V socket available in SL which is about 45% of the load a 6A circuit breaker can handle.
According to standard practice, you can load a circuit breaker up to 85%, so its completely safe to run any of your PSUs from a basic 6A circuit breaker.
Also stop saying crap like "these will blow", if the circuit breaker is overloaded it'll just "trip" to prevent the wires form melting. A grounded connection will not protect the equipment either, it'll prevent YOU from getting an electric shock if a hot wire comes in contact with the case. If any of these blow, it cannot be a problem with the ground or the circuit breaker.
Not trying to ruin your sale or start a quarrel with you, just get your facts right and don't mislead the buyers.
