i dont think any beginner should be following those plans, those plans are for intermediate or advance ppl. I dont think beginners should concentrate on 1 muscle group a day, they should rather do a full body workout that will help your body to adapt to the training , after 6 months or 1 year you can concentrate on 2 or 1 muscle group a day or train in splits.
