must have cost a fortune:  display + gpu.
Yeahh cost 165k for the display and 150k for the GPU. Have been saving up for both for some time. May have been better to go for the slimmer EVGA model or something but I'm happy with both so no regrets.  :)

yeah i have that option but he is coming at the end of december and i cant wait that long.
once you got it , please register in the EVGA site. you have to create a free account and add your product. also upload the bill (as per the instructions in the site)as they need it as well for RMA situations. ( it can be paypal email, or the amazon order confirmation email etc)
also i remember that EVGA has a bios update for 2080 cards so check it out these days and whether its applicable for your card or not.
Oh cool, thanks for the heads up

i got it from a company called comgateway located in US. they ship via DHL express. so its more expensive than via kapruka i guess. but kapruka do not support EVGA site so i had no option. if the card was available in amazon for $499 i would have got i from kapruka but my card is $535 in amazon. only EVGA site offered the official MRSP for this card.  what is ur shipping method?

Getting it through someone coming to SL, bought it from amazon. Hope warranty claims won't be a hassle if anything were to happen. Will post pics here when I get it  ;D

Looks awesome! Ordered a EVGA RTX 2080 XC Ultra and waiting for it to arrive. Did you ship it straight here or got it through someone?

I also mostly listen to Hindi songs and Classical Rock. Bass would be nice but do not need it to an extreme level. I want to enjoy very clear music and voice.
How classical do you mean? Led Zeppelin?  ;D

I can't really enjoy vocals or accoustic guitar with the cx213(compared to the ue600 I have). I didn't expect it to be good, just wanted to use it in the bus. So have no compaints. It was better than what I wanted anyway. Noise isolation is superb if you're wondering about that.

Again, give it a listen if you happen to go to redline (or somewhere that has it). I didn't try out other earphones before buying so someone else here should be able to give a better recommendation.  ::)

My budget is Rs 3,000. I just listen to music while on the bus. Can anyone suggest me a good set of ear buds? Thanks. Some nice equipment here but most are out of my budget.

Had the same reason to buy some months ago.
Bought the Sennheiser Cx213 when redline had a discount for it. (Rs2400)

I listen to rock most of the time so the emphasis on bass is not for me. Can't hear a thing outside when in the bus, don't really prefer this as well. BUt fine with the purchase because it sounds good for me even with the bass+rock combo :)

Definetely good to use in the bus. Except the thin cord always gets tangled. I'm not bothered by it though.
Give it a listen and see.

Have same problem and coudn't find a solution :(

It works fine for some games like AC and borderlands 2 for me, but dota2 had constant drops in framerates. Occurs more when CPU usage is high and temp is high.

Looks cool  ;D though a bit weird at the same time. Maybe you can keep your tea on the front space?  :P

You sure about this mate? If you two are that different , why are you interested in her? I don't think it's a good idea to try for a girl that wouldn't understand your likes and hobbies.

If it's the looks, remember brother , looks don't count for shit in the long run.

Well , not that I'm a Love Guru or anything :P I have never been in love , I haven't met an interesting girl yet.

Anyway good luck man (Y)

I feel I haven't met an interesting girl yet also. But am I just telling myself that? I dunno  :\

Maybe I don't talk to much girls thinking they're not interesting :>: Don't meet new people because I don't talk, and end up in a cycle  :-[
