Computer monitors are exempt from VAT. The only difference is the removal of NBT which is effective from 1st of December.

Make sure the shipping service mentions the HS code correctly. It should be 8528.52.00

Here is the tarrif doc published in customs. Last updated 15/3/2019

I'm getting a LG 34GK950F from Amazon and shipping it through myus. I'll share my experience when it gets here.  At the moment it's on its way from Amazon to myus.

I'm approximating about $130 for shipping 12Kg, Excluding taxes. I can help you out if you need to get one down.

Kapruka doesn't bring down monitors or TVs. It's their policy. There are services such as myus and aramax shopnship which only charge for weight regardless of volume.

Can you please share the encoding details as well, if you have k-lite codec pack right click media info would be prefered

there is no point watching these movies on 24, 27 inch monitors, to enjoy need a 4k projector and a good sound system,,, then can jerk off to wonder womens ass... haha..

well no actually it depends on both the size of the display and the viewing distance, you will definitely notice a difference when watching this content on a 4k 27" monitor vs a 1080p 27" monitor 1 feet away, but you probably will not notice a difference between 4k and 1080p when watching on a 40" tv that is 10 feet away

Some basic advice, if you see an item that goes for about 150k for 20k be very careful about it, never pay in advance and never visit them or invite to deliver said item to you personally. Agree to meet at a public location and do the deal.

Also if you get scammed the first thing to do is report it to the police, not the central bank, cert or posting details here.

No Game Zone / Re: Does SLT block port 80 and 443?

No you keep missing my point, the ip that is assigned to you is not exposed outside of the isp network, thats the issue

you can verify this by going to a site like whatsmyip, compare that ip to the wan ip that is assigned to your router (this is available in your router system info view). if they are different nothing you try will work.

Of course, buying a static IP will work. but you can get your isp to assign a public facing dynamic ip to you as well free of charge. And you HAVE to call your isp to do this. you can't do this by yourself

the first thing you need to do is get a public facing IP by contacting your isp. Did you try that?

You need to check if your ip is exposed outside the isp network, i know you need to request dialog to do so and is not done by default, this might be the case with SLT as well. This is known as the NAT configuration. once this is done you can setup port forwarding with your router. You will need a home broadband connection and will not work on a regular mobile connection

You don't need a static ip but your ip will be dynamic. to get around that you can use a service like https://www.noip.com/. most routers support it.

This only applies if you are trying to access your server outside of your home network. If you are accessing it from inside your home, you need to open the ports on your DB server for incoming traffic
