Metro exodus PC enhanced edition:-

in terms of  HDR its work just like the older version but there is no need to change resolutions as I mentioned for the older game. so it seems this version has fixed that issue.

Horizon zero dawn, complete edition:- HDR is fine in terms of intensity but the colors are not good compared to other games. the popping out characteristics it seems have been watered down a bit so that it givers you after apocalypses sense I guess. but I do remember Metro Exodus had better implementation of HDR.

ok. I found the issue as to why i was not able to play most of the games with HDR via DP 1.4
its because my monitor had a default setting of over clocking it at 4k to 144hz. as soon as i have set it off  i was able to play Facry 5 as well as RE3 with HDR enabled over DP 1.4. in fact even Nvidia control panel did not allow me to add a custom resolution due to this.
