Try to be more specific with the question because the question at the moment looks very vague to me for couple of reasons. But since you sound lost I will point out a few things.

1.The accounting treatments may differ depending on the standards in question.

2.Normal understanding is that housing loans will be asset backed borrowings (usually property deeds or other immovable property depending on the loan amounts) & it will also give one the right to use the asset for a contracted period of time (therefore a lease). Depending on where the legal title resides there will be two types of leases called operating lease & financial lease.

3.If it is an operating lease treatment would be to simply write off due amounts to the SOCI (just like how you would treat electricity bill, rent etc)

4.If it is a financial lease asset will be recognized in the accounts. I suggest you refer to IAS-17 Accounting for Leases since there are 3 methods the standard allows for accounting for this type of lease.

5.IAS - 23 Borrowing Costs give the incentive to capitalize the borrowing costs if the borrowing is against a specific asset. For eg. If one purchases a building and borrow certain amounts to spend specifically for the purchase, the standard allows capitalization of  the borrowing cost.

Well every single one of those apps posted have their positives for sure. But it always comes with a downside. For eg: Razul's Real APK Leecher allows only free apks to be downloaded. Does anyone have a link of a apk downloader which allows both free and paid apps to be downloaded to the computer (of course without any payment being made)?
