Elements / Elements is closing

Hi Guys,

Its with a lot of regret that I have to announce that we will be closing Elements Cafe down. The landlord requires the premises and currently we do not think it is viable to relocate and invest at the current moment. We are negotiating to sell our equipment to another cafe (to be opened) and will keep you posted the developments.

I hopefully will be involved in the gaming scene for a while and on this note I want to thank all the GLK community and especially the GLK staff (Rav, Viktor & Xearon) for all their help and support. Also I want to thank all our loyal customers who made Elements Gaming Cafe a success.

6 DoTA teams  registered but FEAR1 pulled out and they didn't make the payment therefore Rs. 1500/- x 5 = Rs. 7500/-

Elements Cafe PC cost @ Rs. 250/- per pc x 10pcs = Rs. 2500/- per day x 3 days = Rs. 7500/-

7 CS teams registered @ Rs.1500/- = Rs. 10,500/-

Elements Cafe PC cost @ Rs. 250/- per pc x 10pcs = Rs. 2500/- per day x 6 days = Rs. 15000/-

So ESL has to pay Elements Cafe Rs.4500/- which Rav has kindly deducted from our advertising cost on GLK.

So as I stated before Cipher back up your allegations with facts - one fact that does stand out is you seem to leave a trail of non-payments behind you.

If may still come and meet me at Elements but I work Monday - Friday 10am-6pm so it will have to be during these times.

Elements / NFS Tournament Rules

NFS Most Wanted

-Competition Method:
4 players per race knockout

-Game Type: Circuit
-Host, client will be announced before the match or decided by coin toss/chits.
-At the end of each match, players must maintain the final screens and receive confirmation from a referee.
-Winning a race: The winner of a race is the last player remaining
-In case of equal finish time for both players the race is to be restarted.
-The use of Porsche GT and BMW M3 are NOT allowed.

1.) The players will be divided into groups of 4.
2.) The race course** will be given on the spot.
3.) The grid positions will be random as in normal game.
4.) Players coming 1st and 2nd will qualify for the next phase.
5.) In case of a tie with 1st player both of them qualify for the next round but a tie with the
2nd player will result in a Re-race between the concerned two of them.
6.) The knockout circuit races continue until 4 semifinalists are obtained.

-Semifinals:
1.) Winner is decided by who wins best 2 out of 3 circuit races.
2.) The 3 circuits are decided by the players Using their VETO power. (1 VETO to each
player to eliminate a race course from the 5 specified )

-Finals:
The players will have to race on all the 5 circuit courses 3 laps each. The player to win
the best 3 races out of 5 wins.

-Car Settings
1) Visual Upgrade allowed.
2) Part, Performance (Pro, Super Pro, Ultimate) allowed, Junkman not allowed
3) Personal saved files are NOT allowed.
4) The provided saved file must be used for car setting.
5) Cars may be tuned before racing each course.

Game Setting
-**Courses: Diamond, Dunwich Bay, Heritage Heights, Bay Bridge, East Park
(*Each Course may be modified by the organisers.)
-The Course selection may be changed prior to the tournament.

-Race Mode Options:
Circuit
1) Track Direction: Forward
2) N20: Off for the First Phase only*
3) Collision Detection: Off
4) Performance Matching: Off
5) Min Num. Players: 2
-Player Options
1) Game Moment Camera: Off
2) Car Damage: Off
3) Rearview Mirror: Players own discretion
4) Units: Players own discretion

Disconnect
-Disconnection: Any disconnection of the connection between match players due to System, Network, PC, and/or Power problems/issues
-Intentional Disconnection: Upon judgment by the referee, any offending player will be charged with a loss by forfeit
-When any disconnection occurs:
1) If the disconnection is deemed to be unintentional by the referee, the match will be restarted. If any player does not agree to a match restart, that player will lose by default.

Penalty for Unfair Play
-Unfair play
1) Use of any cheat program
2) Intentional disconnection
3) Use of any settings exceeding standard and permitted settings
4) If the match is disrupted due to unnecessary chatting, the player may be given a warning or lose by default at the referees sole discretion.
-Upon discovery of any player committing any violations regarded as unfair play, that player will be disqualified from the tournament.
-During the course of any match, the operations staff and/or referee may determine other actions to be unfair play at any time.
-Two warnings constitute being disqualified from the tournament.
-Organizers decision will be final.
These rules are for the NFS MW Championship and are subject to modification by the organizer.
