Communal Assistance / Airtel Broadband HSDPA = DONT USE THIS.

For all who think airtel broadband HSDPA is good because it is cheap , fast speed etc YOU ARE BEING FOOLED.

Just wanted to give yall a headsup about Airtel HSDPA .
1 - Cannot download torrents at max speed
Yes You can download torrents at max speed because AirTEL NOOBS have blocked all ports from their main router = always get less than 200kbps speed(kilo Bytes) - Believe Me i have tried Everything possible and have searched and done everything but nothing works.
2. - Speed Comes According to Strength of Signal
Yes i got my modem and it had a small USB wire . therefore i saw that signal had only 1 bar(10% strength) = very shit low speed ... so i got a USB extender and Finnaly Put my modem out of the window = 100% Signal (all bars) and had good speed sometimes,
3. - Ping
OMFG! i mainly bought this shit thinking that i can host a match of DOTA in Garena
Ping = always more than 100ms-1 ... There is no such way to reduce the ping
CS - Unplayable Lag .. Sucks to the max
DOTA - Same Alot of Spike and Delay and LAG = cannot play without getting banned by hosts.
You cant host 1v1 CS or Any Friking Game because of the IP problem.
So if you are a gamer dont buy this connection.
3. - Rapidshare , Megaupload downloads -
FFS I Counldnt belive this, when i went to rapidshare it said that You Are Already Downloading the File. i was damn pissed...... I found out that all had the same IP (its comes all the way from singapore) so = cant use rapidshare and etc if you dont have premium account.
Dont be fooled by the IP shown in your details Connection... its a lie....
4 . - Internet Downloads
I believe Airtel is Only good for People Who ONLY surf the internet and download from the internet. ( = Nerds) and Airtel Not good for gamers and hardcore SL buggers...
Internet download speeds come to the max download speed only very rarely
Max i have gotten so far is 240 Kilo bytes per second.
What i did after i bought it.....
1. Nearly Destroyed it
2. I hate it
3. I wanna Kill Airtel
4. Get SLT or Dialog Internet.
5. Called Airtel And Gave Out some Good Words Of English and Sinhala to the Company.
