Hi everyone, its been a while. I decided to quit my job and work on an app that my friend came up with. 'Flicket' a mobile app that lets you see the nearby events, movies and makes the tickets available for you to purchase. We have almost done with the core design, anyway let me cut to the chase.
We are competing in the proximity.io competition to win 1000e against several teams in other countries. To win we need people to like our app, I tried facebook and all but couldn't go beyond 200, while other apps have around 800+. So I decided to giveaway my hard earned Dota ingame items and a 10$ steam cards to bank in more votes.

The procedure is simple, let me walk you down.

Hardware / Peripherals / Building a Gaming CPU

Hiyaa guyz,
I just got 200k to built a gaming CPU , since i dont noe anything about hardware stuff i hav to get assistance frm my fellow gamers here.
i hav planed to get the i7 processor and Long run Motherboard ( dont know wat to choose), so please could u guyz tell me wat are the stuffs i need to built a gaming cpu and the parts to make it work safe like coolers n stuffs how they will cost and where to get them .so far i hav only confirmed 2 things CPU Cassing and Processor , i have to submit my list before this sunday, so please help me out guyz

Communal Assistance / HP Laptop - White Screen OF Death <PLZ HELP>

I brought this laptop on 2007 July they gave me 1 year warranty and the laptop got this prob on August, i was playing COD4 in da server and suddently i got a error message that "Display drivers stopped working", and the screen went white, then i restarted it when the windows started a message poped up " Your display drivers have been recovered ",then i started COD4 again after playin for 5 mins da same error came and screen went white, so i restarted it again but this time when i started and worked for 1 mins and da screen went Whity, so i turned off the pc and started it after 2 hours, but it didnt start it gave me white screen every time i on the laptop,

you can ask me " Why are you seeking our help, you should consult da hardware specialist xD, but the prob is my father doesnt know that i broke this pc,if he finds out that i broke da 200k laptop by playing games non stop, he'd kill me for sure, so i just need to know whether itz a minor problem like driver software prob or major prob like VGA burnout, i attached a video of the laptop and itz prob.

Multiplayer / Company Of Heroes 1.4- BEST RTS ONLINE EVER

1 week ago Onca asked me that he has COH installed and wanted to try it over hamachi, we tried but it didnt work m after talkin with Rav , he told us to patch it with 1.4, and still it didnt work XD, after that reading some Hamchi forums we understood that latest version of hamachi hasa bug that wont enable COH Lan XD. so we had to downgrade our Hamachi to 1.0.1.5 , and after that BNGO i saw his host game in da game list , i was like Finally .. XD.

Onca didnt wanted to loose his first game niether do i , so we played Vs CPU's
1st match was against 2 normal CPU's and we lost da game within 10 mins becuz of lack of defence Onca had  ,

2nd match was against 2 normal CPU's in Railway map, in the first 5 mins Onca helped me to built the defences by sacrificing his own army XD, so we won that game ( all thanks goes to my 2 Tiger Panzers )



3rd Game was a total disaster XD, we had to quit becuz we didn wanted our enemy to bring our HQ down

4th Game was soooooo damn fun, we played against 1 hard CPU and 1 Normal CPU, once again onca diverted the enemies with his suicide tactic XD and brought me some time to built my Flak 88 in possition , then we closed all the roads one by one and opened the Flak88 road which was total fun pwning enemies tanks ,

2008 / Late Registers For SLCG - any solutions :( ???

Game - COD4

well i think our team was too late to register,and now we are in da waiting list , i donno me and Dirklack was dreamin abt this day since it was announced. after lots of practices , meeting up, get to gether in Lions cafe and team adjustment i cant beleive we r not goin to play,so much for loosing everything i had.you can imagine how our feelings would hav when we were told we are not in the list .

Dirkblack wasted lots of his money to buy us Headsets to practise COD4 and buying Teamspeak server to which costs us more than 20$ , for my part i begged my dad to gve back my Laptop so i can Practise COD4 for SLCG, i promised him i will never play again untill my 2009 AL if he lets me play COD4 for this month,Not only me One of our members Nomad whu attending AL this week also did the same he practise alot with us than studyin for his exams,LION and B13 accepted our invitation by rejecting their own cafe gamers Team(incl LIONs BOSS). we practised untill 4 am created our team Video for this cuz we thought we r goin to rock this event but da result for all what we did is .......waiting list... :S

You may ask us why did u register too late , ya we did cuz www.slcg.lk said registration closed on 14th Aug , so we thought we still got time and so we can register ourselve after confirming abt all members, i noe there's nothing Admins can do abt this cuz NOW da ''Registration is Closed'', but we hav decided to keep up our practices and see whether we'll get a chance to play.

Well i noe itz silly to ask to put us in, but i hav no choice other than this, cuz i already said we been livin thinkin abt gettin part in SLCG da day it was announced. so plz if any admins hav any solution abt this prob plz let us noe, we are not the only one whu been added in the Waiting list.

Project Red Hand  - Starting the new Evolution




Project Red Hand is the Process called Rebuilding the 1900's. Because the main target of this Program is Cloning all the Extinct Mammals and Birds that were Extinct after 1900's. Now the UN is opposing Cloning many scientists are struggling to lay there hands to create new organs/species .
Perhaps one of the most controversial issues of the new century is that of cloning.Cloning, or more precisely, the reconstruction of functional DNA from extinct species has, for decades, been a dream of some scientists.  Many conservation biologists and environmentalists vehemently oppose cloning endangered species — not because they think it won't work but because they think it may deter donations.While scientists have been able to successfully clone animals, it remains to be seen how the genetic lineage of the subjects ill be altered. Already, we have heard reports that "Dolly", the cloned sheep, is weaker than the original, and has suffered through a series of illnesses, including arthritis. The issue of human cloning has also generated public outcry, with both left and right wing groups agreeing on a ban.If the technique had been successful, it could have been used to repopulate extinct species, or strengthen the ranks of those on their way to extinction. More and more experimenting could lead the scientist to make this Cloning a success and this techniques could be implemented to reopulate extinct species and extincting species as I have mentioned above.In my point of view Scientist should be granted permission to some extent to carry out their experiments.

Ok let me start....Lets goo back to 1940's

Here we are....The Famous Tiger I - Mi favourite when i play WW2 games like COH and COD1,2



Tiger I is the common name of a German heavy tank of World War II. The initial official German designation was Panzerkampfwagen VI Ausführung H (abbreviated PzKpfw VI Ausf. H, Ausführung is German for "version") but the tank was redesignated as Panzerkampfwagen VI Ausf. E in March 1943. The tank also had the ordnance inventory designation SdKfz 181.

The Tiger I was in use from late 1942 until the German surrender in 1945. It was given its "Tiger" nickname by Ferdinand Porsche (the roman numeral was added after the Tiger II was produced). The design served as the basis for other armoured vehicles, the Sturmtiger heavy self-propelled gun and the Bergetiger amoured recovery vehicle.

The Tiger's crew training manual, the Tigerfibel, became a souvenir item after WWII.
