GTA V / Best package for GTA V online?

 (N) I'm using Lanka bell Unlimited package. Got the problem NAT STRICT and resolved it contacting them. Now game works properly but sessions drop every now and then. Sometimes I'm the only one playing in that session. I asked them for a Static IP but they said I will have to pay 1500 Rs extra. What is the best package for GTAV?
