No Game Zone / Ordered through Kapruka

I ordered a Item on Black Friday via kapruka (Newegg) and since I haven't got any update I contacted Kapruka. They are telling me Newegg still haven't shipped the item and they did contact Newegg via emails but no response. And they are ready to refund me. But the problem is I won't be able to buy the item for that price since It's only a Black Friday deal and alternatives are not longer available.

Any advice on how to proceed? Is there any chance that I can push them to get the item for me somehow? Even they have to reorder it again for a higher price. (Item is actually in stock even at this moment)
