I'm experiencing fluctuating  ADSL speeds these days, it peaks at around 7mbps and then drops to below 512kpbs , using the Ratmalana exchange , and using web family package,

Anyone else experiencing this  ???

As we already know that Microsoft announced that they would unveil the Consumer preview version of Windows 8 today  during the Mobile worrld conference in Barcelona, Spain. The estimated time when Windows 8 consumer preview would be available for download is 3:00 PM (Barcelona local time ). Srilankan Time it'll be 7:30 PM
