So people say that it is a massive nerf for techies.. but thats just the look from outside.. It does 50% less damage but it takes 50% less time and mana to plant with unlimited mines. No change at all if u ask me but it does make it harder to just plant 1 mine and get an instant kill with suicide!
On the plus side the meta will change and alot of the overly picked heros like storm lina lesh blood will go out of fashion! we will get to see more of invoker jakiro AA.
I also think the buff on encha is huge for pub games.
Oh the buff on undying will make him be picked again more and more as an offlane and even a support
