Hi,

Is there anyone who know of a place to recover data from a hard drive.
One of my studio hard drive just died. No sound nothing.
Seems like something to do with the PCB because it doesnt seem to power up.

I'm looking to recover important data from my Western Digital 2TB Caviar Green Hard Disk which failed.
It has no sound what so ever or detect in windows or bios.

Is there anyone that can recover the data inside it?

Hi,

Normally It will take about a week to get down the goods to Sri Lanka and we handle the clearing process from here.
Regarding the warranty, for those which has international warranty Sri Lankan Agent would be able to handle it or if there is a issue still we will ship it back to USA free of charge and get the repair from there.
If something happen's again within the warranty period 2nd time the customer has to bare the shipping cost. Only on 2nd time.

For used items there are no warranty, only Check in warranty.

Also we accept Master and VISA Cards.
In few days for Sampath Cards Installment plans at 0% Interest will be available as well.

So you don't do custom orders even without offering any warranty? HP gives international warranty on the Spectre so I don't see a problem there.

we have a supplier in USA whom we deal with, we can only offer what they have.

so if brought a VGA from u guys, how long will it take to claim warranty, and do u provide a money back Option?

We will send it back to USA, it can take more than 2 weeks for sure, but most times they do one to one replacement if something wrong or if that model is not available next model replacement.
There are no money back guarantee as such for now.

My bad. I linked the wrong item. The exact same spec is USD 80 odd more, so the pricing is quite close. Amazon actually does the clearing for you FYI - I personally checked. 

Anyways, like you said, the market opening up is a good thing. Good luck with the venture and looking forward to seeing some awesome stuff as well

Yes they charge for clearing, but doesn't mean it will get cleared. Because customs here need a proof pf payment and so on, and its a estimated cost, they do not calculate the warehouse and other charges and most times it will get detained.

We have been importing electronic items to Sri Lanka since 2013. We had mostly focused on photographic equipment. So we are well known in this field.

Most of these can directly be bought from Amazon for around 10% less, and they deliver directly to your doorstep.

Hi, There are differences in the model they advertised and what i have advertised.
1) amazon has 12GB ram, our listing 16GB
2) amazon has just 1tb hard, our listing has 1tb hard and 128GB M.2 SSD

Further amazon does not clear the goods for u and pay customs duties and other warehouse and handling charges. We take care of that all.

The world is a open door my friend, i have just given a choice for those who need it, but the choice is yours to make.
