As the topic asks, Where would be the best place to buy one here in Sri Lanka?
Price vs Warranty and are there any bundles available as well?

Don't know if it's the best but I got mine from Kiddies Corner (Chelsey) at MC. Third console I got from them and havent had an issue with them so far.
