Author Topic: Disciplinary action against BM.Ninjas in Pyjamas (Read 8098 times)

The GCCL admin team has been investigating player "newton" of team BM.Ninjas in Pyjamas for the past two weeks, and with the latest piece of information received, have taken the decision to ban the player on the count of using cheats during GCCL matches.

The following action has been taken:

- The player newton has been banned from GCCL Season 5
- BM.Ninjas in Pyjamas have all their match results from round 3 onwards reset, and therefore have to replay these matches
- BM.Ninjas in Pyjamas will not be allowed the luxury of re-schedules or substituting players outside of their new registration. They will however be given the chance to replace newton for the proceeding matches with Mechaa

The breach of rules qualifies BM.Ninjas in Pyjamas for an outright ban from GCCL Season 5, but due to the clans willingness to corporate with GCCL admins, we have taken the decision not to penalise the team to the fullest extent.

GCCL Season 5 matches will be on hold until all BM.Ninjas in Pyjamas matches are re-played, which we estimate will take less than 5 days.

Just one question - Isn't Mechaa already playing as the substitute for another BM Team, i.e. BM.Resurrection? Doesn't that disqualify him from playing in this team?

Mechaa was registered for BM2, but had not taken part in any GCCL matches. BM players had asked some of our admins regarding Mechaa playing for BM.Ninjas in Pyjamas, but there seems to have been some miscommunication between them - and Mechaa ended up playing for BM.NiP. Therefore we have removed Mechaa from BM2 and have him permanently on the BM.NiP roster.
