I needed some about a year ago & had to bring them down - couldn't find a single place that had 'em. Do let us know if you find any locally...

I used GeForce experience and all what it does is download the drivers related to your hardware and start the same installation automatically, the clean installation deletes your saved profiles.

I did this and afterwards carried out a DriverSweeper scan for NVIDIA driver files and it still found several remaining ones.

I really think this way you are 100% sure.

Driver Sweeper is old. The new kid on the block is Display Driver Uninstaller or DDU.

It's much better in that it would automatically boot into safe mode and then clean up the driver.

DDU is a very handy tool to use when you're moving from AMD to Nvidia or vice versa. However, IMO if just updating the drivers there is no real need for a sweeper program, unless you're having other driver problems.

I always use it regardless. It's no big deal. I like to start fresh. Might not be required but this way you are dead sure.

Also regarding the driver version, most peoole say that the 344.16 drivers are the best at the moment for single GPU setups; not the latest 344.75 or the 344.80 beta.
