Please note, during matches there will be a bind scanner running against all players. It will do a wildcard search on those banned commands (Ex. wait) . So please be sure that your config file is clean from those commands. If a matching command found in your cfg doesn't matter if you use it or not you will be flagged. Also server pb logs can be use as proof of illegal command usage.

*About Ambient Occlusion, will try to get pb screenshots working but not sure about that :(
Talking About this I just Saw This command

(seta xxxxx "+attack 3; wait; -attack; wait; +attack;"
seta xxxx "openscriptmenu -1 loadout_primary:ak74u; set ops_cyc vstr xxxxx; ^xxxxx")
This Command is Common in Some Configs, I Suggest You remove this Command Because it applies to the " wait" section of the rules.
Do a Search on Your Config For the Keyword "wait" and Remove all Commands.
if you Get caught Its over for you.
No Excuses.
ex:
" I didn't Know there were Rules"
"its not a hack"
"Its not This and That"
"i didn't read the rules, i forgot."
"He said its good"
etc.
same goes for the "exec" Command.
rapid fire + Macro can be detected.
Use it at your own risk and don't whine after ;D

Side note : for Cracked Players
Get Yourself a Clean Key  day Before the Match. (Recommended)
any Suspicious activity with GV or PB will get you Flagged.

We have already confirmed the servers.So there won't be any issues regarding changing server ips in last minute.

These are the GCWL match servers,

GCWL ::: Server 3 - 220.247.224.235:28964

We are thanking GameLadders.lk for providing the official server. Also n00b Alliance and MAXIMUM Gamers for the backup servers which are also hosted by GameLadders.lk. You have nothing to worry, all the servers have GV and MD5 tool.

Contact referees and get server passes if you do not get a message from them until the start time.  

Check rules and regulations again there have been some changes. Do keep an eye on for rules and regulation changes. If you want to know anything regarding binds/scripts/cfg or rules contact KING and Luffy. For any match schedule changes and general matters contact Nova.

Do take this rules to your attention. If you don't understand those rules and you need to check specific binds contact King and Luffy on xfire they are more than happy to help you out.

5. Illegal Binds are defined as;

- Any binding of three or more keys.
- Binds that alter the map model, i.e.: no fog, no foliage, etc.
- Any binds pointed to any program or function that resides outside of the CoD4 directory, with the exception of voice comms software.
- Any types of scripts proven to give a real advantage or are part of
- any 'exec' or 'vstr' bind (this does not include anything related to demos or demo players)
- any script including 'lookdown'
- any script including 'wait'
- any bind including 'attack' cannot be combined with any other command
- any bind including 'frag' cannot be combined with other commands/binds
- any bind including 'weapnext' cannot be combined with any other command
- Binding 'attack' to MOUSE WHEEL UP/DOWN is prohibited


5. Permitted Bindings include;

- Changes to assigned stock single key game play binds.
- Binding of not more than two motion keys (Example: bind a +leanright;+moveright)
- If you have a non-stock binding that you’re unsure is legal, or have a binding that you would like to have approved for use in match play, submit the information to an admin for clarification and/or consideration.
- Namebinds
- Demoscripts
- Weapon/-menu/-select-Scripts (includes all grenades)
- Volume binds/toggles
- Any player found using illegal binds will be subject to possible removal from the competition.

Team leaders make sure your players won't use those. These bans should have been a season bans but made it 2 matches bans because this the first time we introduced these rules. But in future there will be bans for more than 2 matches.

E.g (for weapons)

bind F1 "openscriptmenu quickpromod assault"
bind F2 "openscriptmenu quickpromod specops"

(switching between smoke and flash)

bind UPARROW "openscriptmenu changeclass_mw go"
bind LEFTARROW "openscriptmenu -1 loadout_grenade:flash_grenade"
bind RIGHTARROW "openscriptmenu -1 loadout_grenade:smoke_grenade"

I don't see any illegal commands here. (Ex, wait, exec, vstr) So there is no problem having these..

We have changed the format of the finals and added couple of new rules, check out the first post.

One of the most important would be the rule below,

8. Server disconnect

If the match server affects by a lag or server disconnects during a match, then the server will be restarted(only if necessary) and the round played during that time will be canceled (Even if it is a clear win situation for a team, that will be ignored and that round will be canceled). If the server doesn't come online within 48 hours the entire match will be canceled. GCWL Referees have full authority over this rule.  

Also if you want to change the roster of the team do it before the first match you have. After that you can not do any changes to the roster.

We will be checking PB guids, so avoid changes of the guid. If a player's guid changes due to some unavoidable reasons make sure to inform about that to the GCWL match referee before the start of the match. If you fail to do this we will consider it as a match dispute.    

Re-Scheduling:
If your team cannot participate on the date specified, inform us THREE DAYS before the date of your match. Failure to do so will result in no date change, and possibly a walkover.

Match times:
All weekday matches will be played at 8pm and 10pm unless explicitly informed otherwise.

If you have any problems with the match tell the referee. If the issue cannot be fixed during the match time, finish the match and make a complaint. A team cannot stop a match for any reason (tactical timeouts are ok) and avoid playing. If you do so the match will end up giving the opponent a walkover.
