Hey guys,I just went to update the connection from old 512Kbps to web family connection (8Mbps one), and they said they cannot do the conversion since it will affect my PEO TV. (ADSL will use whole bandwith so PEO TV won't suffice)I asked them what if I do not download when I watch TV, they said SnR ratio and attenuation will be increased, so even if I don't download, I won't be able to watch TVMy distance to exchange is 2.1 KMs.Is somebody upgraded this connection with PEO TV? I badly need this high speed connection since I monthly download somewhere around 12 GB.
ah so this is prolly to do with the adsl2+ service making use of an expanded span of the bandwidth available via copper cables. i didnt think it would interfere with the ip tv bandwidth allocation though. they're supposed to have non conflicting frequency bands.
nope 25gb is the limit.total volume is the maximum usage including off peak hour usage. If you guys have a unlimited package KEEP IT DON'T CHANGE!!!
Yeap they shouldn't conflict. The part I''m not sure about is SnR ratio and attenuation.Any other PEO TV users?
anyone using the new 8mb line? feedback on the speeds and quality
2. Will there be a big difference in ping if I switch to 8 from 512?
