Hey,

First off - I'm not too sure about pricing and availability in Sri Lanka, however I can give some pointers.

You could mention what type of games you might play, what else might you do with the computer, is it a lot of multitasking, etc..

Some ideas -

CPU - Looking at a i3, 6th generation CPU.

Motherboard - A compatible motherboard with decent 1/2/3 year warranty. I usually choose Asus, preference and reviews plays a big part. 4 Ram slots are a plus.

Memory - DDR4 2x4GB ram cards. 8GB is more than enough for games for now, and if you need to upgrade pop in 2x4 cards down the road.

Storage - 2 TB hard drive. There are some hybrid techs out there, hybrid being a mix of SSD and normal HDD as storage. Tends to be faster, depending on budget though.

Video Card - GTX 1050 Ti 4GB looks to be a good bet. Will give you decent performance on high settings for most recent games.

Power Supply - 550W+ would work just fine.

Case - If you don't care about bling, you can easily find a decent, cheap case that will suit your needs. Put the rest of the budget into CPU/VGA.

This isn't counting external items, such as UPS (I believe mandatory for Sri Lanka?), Monitor, mouse, keyboard...

As for resources, I've found https://pcpartpicker.com/ to be great for getting an idea of how items can mesh together and get feedback.

Also know RedLine Technologies are into gaming equipment.

If all else fails, ready made computers may just do the trick.

You can get something like this from Redline Technologies.

AMD Ryzen 3 1200
Asus A320 motherboard
8GB DDR4 RAM
GTX 1060 3GB GDDR5
1TB HDD
FSP 400W PSU + casing

Rs 108,500/=

Price may vary slightly based on brand availability.
