i have only seen nitrous cooling on test benches for overclocking. not in pcs.

tip 1. mobo socket should match the processor socket. and uve bn overclocking with nitrous, - still not convinced.

not really, i use the copper method, where you make a heatsink out of copper and pressurize the chamber with nitrogen at room temp, when the chamber heats up you depressurize it and re pressurize it with fresh nitrogen. And i use Nitrogen Gas (N2), for cooling not NITROUS (N2O)
