We've put the AMD stuff on hold till Bulldozer comes out :)

No official announcement has been made yet on DX12, and existing Windows 8 test versions apparently use DX11, so I'm not sure if this should be a concern right now. And speculation is that if and when DX12 is announced, it will not be a large improvement from DX11. Even the features in DX11 are being under-utilized by most games today.

even the beta's of  windows 8 runs on direct x 11 so i dont see 12 coming any sooner
